There are more than 70 million obese adults in

the United States!

Don’t be another number in this statistic & let’s change our life!

Help Others

California has a growing population of 39.51 million people with over 30% of people who are both obese and live in destitute and poor communities. Helping those families won’t bring light into their life, but it will also bring happiness and gratitude into your homes. Big food corporations and the Food and Safety Administration have been governed and bought by large industries who care for their own benefit, and not the benefit of its own customers.

I urge you and your family to donate as little as $1 per month to our charity to help those in need!

There is a really nice saying that I like to use from time to time and it is “Common sense is not so common.” We all know that we have to eat healthy and organic foods from the market or our garden, exercise regularly, and take care of our mental, emotional, and physical state to live a long and prosperous life! But why are there still obese, underweight, and mentally ill people on our planet? Are we doing something wrong or has someone been lying to us all this time?

These facts that I have presented below are not here to scare you, but to wake you up from all the lies we have been told all these years, and to finally take a stand against the big corporations who are using us, humans, to pay their bills and million-dollar home mortgages!

➢ First, I would like to suggest that you watch these three documentaries: What The Health, The Game Changers, and Cowspiracy. By watching these enlightening documentaries, you will first be shocked by how the food industry operates, what goes on during food production, and how connected are the food industries with big pharma.

➢ This is another amazing documentary that talks about the meat industry and its lies. The name of it is The Meat Lobby, and can be found by clicking on the name.

Meat producers are not being transparent - industry lobbyists are pushing for “ag gag” legislation that will make it illegal to document any activity within meat processing plants – making it impossible to hold companies accountable for their actions.

Meat Industry Lobbyists Have Too Much Influence - The influence of industry lobbyists has skewed federal nutritional guidelines, which advise eating more meat than what science actually advises.

Food labels have one intentional purpose, and that is to show the nutritional facts, contents, ingredients, and other allergen information regarding a product. However, not all companies are as transparent as they should be about the contents of their products. Thus, here is a link that you can use to scan your food and analyze its contents based on the nutritional value of a specific type of food.

There is a well-known equation that lots of physical trainers use when working with celebrities, professional athletes, and regular people. That is that 80% is all based on the food you are consuming and 20% is all on the physical activity that you are performing every day. Since we need to focus on food more, here is what we will do. Here I have listed a couple of sources who contain recipes for meatless budget-friendly meal plans that will salivate your mouth instantly.
